90° Modular Belt Bend
The revolutionary design and drive position allows the Modular Belt Bend to have minimal in feed and outfeed straight sections.
This conveyor is ideally suited to conveying tins, trays and other large objects. The use of transfer plates will accommodate small packages.
- 90° bend with minimum straight sections (approx. 100mm dependent on belt type).
- Various belt specifications widths and radii available, with the minimum radius dependent on belt type.
- Optional guide rails are designed to suit the product being conveyed.
- The hold down wear strips are below the level of the belt allowing the product to overhang the belt without snagging.
- The example shown is constructed from stainless steel and fitted with a heavy duty belt.
- The units can be prepared for either ceiling mounting or will come complete with a floor stand.
