Flavouring & Coating Drums
The flavour drum complete with stand, can be manufactured to various sizes and specifications. Example shown has a diameter of 750mm and is 1500mm long. The drum is fitted with 20 lifters.
The assembly has been fitted with lockable castors, screw jack for height adjustment and motor wired to a starter / isolator. Finish: Polished internally and glass bead blasted externally.
- Double skinned drum constructed from stainless steel.
- Lifters can be manufactured to your exact requirements - various angles / heights of flights.
- The number of lifters can also vary dependent on type of product and size of drum.
- Height / angle of the drum can be adjusted via a single screw jack (on larger drums two screw jacks would be fitted).
- Variable drum speed. SEW varimot drive unit fitted, wired to an isolator.
- The drum would be supported upon a steel framework with lockable castors or feet for bolt down applications. The support frame can be constructed from either mild steel (powder coated) or stainless steel (glass bead blasted / polished on request).
- Internal Finish: bright polished to a mirror finish.
- External Finish: Glass bead blasted (polished on request)

The drum is driven by SEW varimot drive unit (variable speed), wired to an isolator.
