Powered Belt Bend
Powered belt bends can be manufactured to various sizes and specifications. The units can be prepared for either ceiling mounting or will come complete with a floor stand.
Options: Quick release belt change facility available. A major feature is the quick change of belts (less than 15 minutes for small bends - up to 1 hour for the largest). Belts can be removed without disturbing supports or detaching the bend from the conveyor line.
- Solid decks over the full radius to ensure full support of the web and provide maximum product stability.
- Live end rollers (small diameter 15.9mm / ") ensure that the product remains in pattern.
- Sealed needle bearings are fitted to minimise heat transfer and prolong the life of the rollers.
- Return rollers fitted to the underside of the bend to support the web.
- Water chilled beds can be incorporated into the deck - (used to provide additional cooling of the product).
- Belt Scraper - collection tray normally fitted to the conveyor prior to the unit.
- Finish: Stainless Steel - Glass bead blasted.
- Mild Steel - Powder coated to a range of paint specifications.
