Solid decks over the full radius to ensure full support of the web and provide maximum product stability.
Live end rollers (small diameter 15.9mm / 5/8”) ensure that the product remains in pattern.
Sealed needle bearings are fitted to minimise heat transfer and prolong the life of the rollers.
Return rollers fitted to the underside of the bend to support the web.

OPTIONS: Quick release belt change facility available. A major feature is the quick change of belts (less than 15 minutes for small bends - up to 1 hour for the largest). Belts can be removed without disturbing supports or detaching the bend from the conveyor line.

Water chilled beds can be incorporated into the deck - (used to provide additional cooling of the product and/or in some instances to reduce the scorching/heat of the belt if close to an oven).

Belt scrapers - collection tray normally fitted to the conveyor prior to the unit.

FINISH: Mild Steel: power coated to a range of paint specifications.

Stainless Steel: glass bead blasted.

All equipment supplied is fully guarded and will be CE marked.
