To complement our extensive range of powered belt bends and cooling conveyors, we also offer a wide variety of conveyors, fitted with P.U. web belts (or numerous other belt types), which are suitable for a diverse range of applications and working environments.

All conveyors can be manufactured to various sizes and specifications. The units can be prepared for either ceiling mounting or will come complete with a floor stand.

Examples shown are of stainless steel construction. One unit has a knife-edge fitted for tight transfers; whilst the other unit has a live end assembly fitted – complete with roller guard cover.
Both conveyors have lockable castors fitted in lieu of adjustable feet.
Examples shown are of stainless steel construction with a glass bead blast finish. The 180º powered belt bend has been fitted with water chilled bed and is mounted on a special frame equipped for height adjustment.

OPTIONS:
Quick release belt facility available. A major feature is the quick release of the belt allowing easy access to the conveyor deck for cleaning and maintenance purposes.

Belt auto-tracking units (constant pneumatic operation).

Belt scrapers complete with collection trays can be fitted to all conveyors.

Adjustable product guides.

Fixed or adjustable packing tables can be mounted on either side of the conveyor.

FINISH: Stainless Steel - Polished.

NB. Conveyors can be supplied to comply with stringent wash-down environments.

All equipment supplied is fully guarded and will be CE marked.
