P.U. Web Conveyor
To compliment our extensive range of powered belt bends and cooling conveyors, we also offer a wide variety of conveyors, fitted with P.U. web belts (or numerous other belt types), which are suitable for a diverse range of applications and working environments.
All conveyors can be manufactured to various sizes and specifications. The units can be prepared for either ceiling mounting or will come complete with a floor stand.
- Quick release belt facility available. A major feature is the quick release of the belt allowing easy access to the conveyor deck for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
- Belt auto-tracking units (constant pneumatic operation).
- Belt scrapers complete with collection trays can be fitted to all conveyors.
- Adjustable product guides if required.
- Live end rollers (16mm as standard). Various specifications upon request including knife end transfers.
- Water chilled beds can be incorporated to provide additional cooling of the product.
- Finish: Stainless steel - Polished/Glass bead blasted
- Mild Steel - Powder coated to customers specification
